I have been practicing yoga since 2012. Since 2016, I have been conducting individual and group sessions worldwide.

My main goal is to show you that even 10 minutes of yoga every day can significantly improve the quality of your life.

Learning Format:

  • Telegram channel with practices, meditations
  • General support chat on Telegram for questions
  • Lessons are not tied to a specific time, but I recommend doing them either in the morning or evening
  • After completing the training, you will have an additional 30 days of access to the lessons, and you can continue the practice
  • For classes, you will only need a laptop/phone, headphones, yoga mat.
  • All lessons take place online and are recorded
  • Each student will receive individual feedback on breathing and the correct performance of asanas from the course author.
