How the practice goes?
The practice takes place 1-2 times a week on Zoom, personally with me at a mutually agreed-upon time.
The practice duration varies from 40-60 minutes. Each lesson includes a warm-up and shavasana. Some lessons are complemented by the practice of breathing.
