I’ve been immersed in personal yoga practice since 2012. Since 2016, I’ve been leading both individual and group sessions worldwide.
My journey involves continuous learning from the best teachers, enriching and intensifying my practice with each experience. Here’s a snapshot of my qualifications:
– Certified yoga instructor with an international diploma.
– A seasoned life coach with seven years of expertise.
– Conducting both online and offline individual and group sessions globally.
In my practice, I blend strength and breath exercises, emphasizing the connection between the mind and body to achieve harmony in both physical and emotional realms.
Yoga holds a special place in my life, granting me the ability to truly feel and love this world by recognizing its infinite beauty.
My primary goal is to demonstrate that even dedicating just 10 minutes to yoga each day can remarkably enhance the quality of your life.
We will work on three directions
You will need only 10 minutes a day.
Format of the Intensive:
- Every day, you will receive a new lesson in the Telegram channel or in your personal account on my school’s platform.
- The lessons are not tied to a specific time, but I recommend doing them either in the morning or evening.
- After completing the intensive, you’ll have an additional 30 days of access to the lessons, allowing you to continue your practice.
- For the sessions, all you need is a laptop/phone, headphones, yoga mat and just 10 minutes of your time, dedicated entirely to yourself.
